Duties:
Research and evaluate products to meet quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
Curate personalized beauty products for skincare, makeup, haircare, and essentials, tailored to customer profiles.
Collaborate with certified-organic and ethical suppliers to source new products and negotiate terms.
Develop content such as tutorials, beauty tips, and product usage guides for customer engagement.
Stay informed on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings.
02.
Box Preparation Assistant
The Box Preparation Assistant will support the product curation team by assembling subscription boxes that are tailored to individual customer needs. They ensure that all products meet the company’s hygiene, compliance, and presentation standards for a premium unboxing experience.
Duties:
Organize, inspect, and assemble products for Skincare, Makeup, Haircare, and Essentials boxes.
Verify hygiene seals, labeling accuracy, and ensure product integrity.
Maintain an organized, compliant, and safe workspace for assembly.
Prepare and package product inserts, including AR-enabled usage instructions and product guides.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to ensure timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of boxes.
03.
Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist
The Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist ensures that all products meet Luxe Luster Box’s strict standards for compliance, traceability, and circular readiness. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Duties:
Source and negotiate with certified-organic and ethical suppliers.
Verify regulatory documentation such as Cosmetic Notification Forms, INCI listings, and Certificates of Analysis.
Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate logistics and third-party providers to ensure product delivery meets standards.
Oversee packaging materials, ensuring compliance with environmental and operational standards.
Support the Circular Recycling Rewards Program by managing packaging diversion and returns.
04.
Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist
The Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end preparation and delivery of subscription boxes. They work to ensure that all products are shipped on time and meet the company’s standards for eco-friendly packaging and delivery efficiency.
Duties:
Build monthly kitting and shipping plans, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
Coordinate with regional couriers and national parcel services to schedule deliveries.
Maintain eco-friendly packaging and optimize pack methods to minimize breakage and shipping volume.
Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and reconcile shipments.
Ensure compliance with traceability requirements for packaging and labeling.
Support the Circular Recycling Program by handling returns and recycling logistics.

Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to attract and engage Luxe Luster Box’s target audience. This role focuses on showcasing our personalized, ethical beauty offerings and driving customer acquisition.
Duties:
Create and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships to promote personalized beauty experiences.
Develop SEO-optimized content, including blogs, YouTube videos, and newsletters.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, engagement, and conversion.

06.
Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will engage potential clients and convert them into Luxe Luster Box subscribers by showcasing the benefits of our personalized beauty solutions. This role focuses on prospecting, demos, and building strong customer relationships across various channels.
Duties:
Prospect and close business accounts with campuses, salons, spas, and wellness studios.
Conduct product demos and sell subscription plans to individual clients and businesses.
Ensure all communications comply with Health Canada regulations.
Support in-store clienteling, providing personalized recommendations and product bundles.
Manage AR shade-matching kiosks and assist customers in using the QR-enabled system.
Maintain inventory, perform merchandising tasks, and ensure stock readiness.
07.
Regulatory, QA, and Circular Program Specialist
The Regulatory, QA, and Circular Program Specialist ensures compliance with Health Canada regulations and manages product safety, quality assurance, and the Circular Recycling Rewards Program. This role is key to maintaining Luxe Luster Box’s ethical and sustainability standards.
Duties:
Maintain compliance with Health Canada regulations and ensure product documentation is up to date.
Oversee testing and quality control, including microbiology and stability tests.
Manage the Circular Recycling Program, working with BC recycling partners and customers to track returns.
Develop and implement AQL sampling plans and recall procedures.
Ensure all products meet sustainability and circularity requirements.
Document and manage any product safety or compliance issues.
08.
Beauty Care Consultant
The Beauty Care Consultant provides personalized guidance to subscribers, helping them choose products that match their skin type, concerns, and preferences. They also offer expert advice on skincare routines and makeup looks.
Duties:
Guide customers through personalized onboarding and routine coaching.
Assist with AR shade try-ons and provide product recommendations based on skin concerns.
Support customers in using GS1/QR codes to access instructions, patch tests, and product guides.
Manage customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and recommending product swaps if needed.
Promote the Circular Recycling Rewards Program and encourage sustainable beauty practices.
09.
Technology Integration Specialist
The Technology Integration Specialist ensures seamless integration across all third-party systems, including e-commerce, CRM, subscription billing, and the GS1 traceability system. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Duties:
Manage system integrations for platforms like Shopify, Recharge, and Klaviyo.
Ensure smooth data flows between platforms, including product match scores, order details, and customer information.
Oversee GS1/QR traceability systems and ensure compliance with labeling standards.
Maintain item and vendor master data, and reconcile orders with finance systems.
